I did not end up in jail, which I thought was very good. It also turns out that the real cause is that I didn't shut the gate to the den, and the DOGS turned on the sensor. In the end, it was simply a lovely french farce and a good story.

Last night we went to the Kodak Theater and saw Eddie Izzard: Stripped, and it was very, very fun. I'm already eager to see the DVD, though, because unless you were in row one, it would have been hard to see everything on his face, plus sometimes people were laughing so much you couldn't hear the next punchline. But it was so cool to be in the OSCARS THEATER! and to actually be there and the whole experience thing. Plus I got Dan a CAKE OR DEATH? t-shirt and mug.

Prior to the show we went to a Japanese restaurant and had shabu shabu, which is where you cook your own raw food in these boiling pots in the middle of the table, AND I had sushi. And I enjoyed it! A lot, actually! I was very impressed with myself.

As far as the show goes, overall I still think Glorious and Definite Article are the best shows he will ever do, but here are some videos others have posted on Youtube of some of the best bits.
